At Thorn, we're dedicated to making it easier for you to find the right product so on the 1st September 2013 we launched our new website with an enhanced site search. On top of that, you'll discover our new product finder feature, the Smart City Experience and a demo video to show you how to get the most from our new website.

Enhanced site search

Our new website is now live. After months of planning and preparation, it's been specifically designed to make it easier for you to find the product you're looking for. If you're looking for a particular lamp or luminaire, the enhanced site search uses a single search box for simplicity and will rapidly return precisely matched results to your query.

Product finder feature

The product finder feature gives you even more ways to explore our extensive range. Use the filter to search by 'lamp type', 'mounting type', 'light distribution', 'new products' and many other ways.

Innovative Smart Experiences

If you don't know what product will be best for the application or are just doing some preliminary research, our Smart City Experience, which includes the Smart Building Experience, is ideal. The Smart City Experience shows you how to select and apply energy efficient lighting across 26 areas commonly found in the city. Whether you're lighting a road, bus station or stadium, you'll find a range of suggested products which are suitable for the application.

Similarly, if you're looking for indoor lighting, the Smart Building Experience does exactly the same but for 24 areas commonly found in offices, schools, shops, hotels, hospitals and other energy intensive environments.
